At Mind Grid, we are committed to delivering high-value digital products and services—including eBooks, online courses, and AI-based tools—with instant access upon purchase. As such, all sales are final, and refunds are generally not provided once a product has been delivered.

🚫 No Refunds for Delivered Products

Due to the instant delivery and downloadable nature of our digital offerings, we are unable to offer refunds for:

eBooks

Online courses

AI tools and digital services

Bundled packages or special offers

We strongly encourage users to review all product information, demos, and previews before making a purchase.

✅ Exceptions (Case-by-Case Basis)

We may issue a refund or credit under the following rare circumstances:

Duplicate Purchase If you accidentally purchased the same product multiple times, we will process a refund for the duplicate(s) upon verification.

Technical Delivery Failure If a technical error on our part prevents you from accessing the product and the issue cannot be resolved within 72 hours.

Defective Product Access If the product is corrupted or fails to perform as described, and we are unable to provide a working version or alternative.

All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase and must include proof of purchase (transaction ID, payment confirmation, etc.).
